The culmination of a 30-year artistic journey by Australian artist Stephen Copland, the Migration As Art Museum opened in August 2023 in Conzano, Italy. The museum is inspired by Conzano’s ties to Australia, with the town famous for the mass migration of its residents to northern Queensland between 1890 and 1935.

The museum is an archive of ethnography and cultural identity explored through artistic expression, fusing visual art with community, history, and heritage to build connection and mutual understanding. Mondoluce was proud to donate Nemo Studio spotlights and track lighting, manufactured in nearby Milan, to help show these unique artworks in their best light.
