Sharp’s dim-to-warm Natural Toning

Most people are unaware that LED light, unlike incandescent lamps including halogen , doesn’t become warmer with dimming - but only produces less light. This is particularly important in the hospitality industry.

Sharps new LED called Zenigata- unites brightness and colour control, with a single emitting surface that produces warmer light when dimmed. The new Natural Toning LEDs vary their colour temperatures across a range from 3000K to 2000K and come in two sizes, Mega and Mini.

In restaurants and at home, we have come to expect a warm glow when the lights are turned down low. With its new Natural Toning LEDs Sharp LEDs produce warmer light as current declines, mimicking incandescent lighting. LEDs from Sharp provide very high colour quality, with typical CRIs ranging between 92and 94 across their intensity range. watch this space as we introduce this LED over next few months.
