An update for our valued customers,

We have been busy working on changes to our processes to better serve our customers in accordance with the latest Government advice.

We’re happy to serve you in store – but at a distance

While our stores remain open, we’re practicing social distancing. Here's how:

  • We’re asking you to use tap and pay in store if you can, to avoid cash handling.
  • We’re no longer asking you to sign for home deliveries.
  • We're cleaning and sanitising our stores twice daily.
  • In the stores, we’re limiting the number of customers who can enter at one time, by asking you to wait outside until permitted, based on Government threshold guidelines.

Website upgrades

In addition to the above measures, our team has been busy upgrading our website in order to provide a better service to our customers remotely. Here's what we've been working on:

  • Our website now has Live Chat, providing customers with a new way to communicate with our showroom staff between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Simply visit our website, tap the widget, enter your question, and chat to our team.
  • To serve our customers who are unable to visit our showroom, products on our website will soon be available to purchase online with delivery to your door. We're finalizing this feature right now. We will let you know as soon as it's available.
