Mondoluce Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms:
a. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase, redemption, and use of a Mondoluce Gift Voucher (“the Voucher”).
b. By purchasing, redeeming, or using the Voucher, the holder accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Voucher Redemption:
a. The Voucher can be redeemed both online at www.mondoluce.com and in-store.
b. To redeem the Voucher online, simply enter the unique code in the applicable field at the checkout.
c. To redeem the Voucher in-store, present the physical Voucher or provide the unique code at purchase.
3. Voucher Expiry:
a. The Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be displayed on the Voucher.
b. Expired Vouchers will not be accepted, and no extensions will be granted.
4. Voucher Value:
a. The Voucher is issued with a specified monetary value.
b. The Voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once redeemed.
c. The dollar value of a Voucher includes GST.
5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
a. Mondoluce is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers.
b. Treat the Voucher like cash; lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced.
6. Refund Policy:
a. Purchases made using the Voucher are subject to Mondoluce's standard refund and exchange policies.
b. Refunds for purchases made with the Voucher will be issued in the form of store credit.
7. Liability:
a. Mondoluce will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to a delay in delivery of a Voucher.
b. Mondoluce reserves the right to cancel any Voucher for any reason at any time, without notice. In such an instance, Mondoluce will provide a full refund or a replacement Voucher of equal balance, unless the reason for cancellation was for suspicions of fraud or illegal activity.
8. Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
9. Modification of Terms:
a. Mondoluce reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
